Employees are paid bi-weekly on Wednesdays. Use the payroll calendar below to plan ahead for 2025 and never miss an important payday.

In addition to payroll, you can stay connected with your work schedule in real time. Through the employee portal, you’ll be able to:

Check your upcoming shifts anytime, from anywhere.
Request time off easily and track approvals online.
Update your availability so your manager knows when you’re able to work.

By using these tools, you’ll always have the most up-to-date information about your schedule and paycheck, giving you more flexibility and control over your work-life balance.

Save time and gain peace of mind by setting up Direct Deposit. Your paychecks will be deposited directly into your bank account — no waiting, no paper checks.

Access Your Pay Stubs & More

Stay connected with your payroll details through the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal.

How to Register:

Visit ReadyPay Online
Click “Register” to create your account.
Enter Company ID: VA1008
Provide Last Name, Full Social Security Number, and your residential Zip Code.
Create a unique username and secure password.

💡 Once registered, you can view pay stubs by logging in and navigating to My Info → Paychecks W-2 → Last Check.

Check your Paystubs along with accrued Paid Time Off!
